Edit or Delete Distribution Trigger

Edit Distribution feature allows you to update or modify the distribution object as per your requirement. It enables you to make changes to the distribution settings, such as updating the recipient list, editing the distribution schedule, or modifying the distribution method. You can also use this feature to delete a distribution object if it is no longer needed. This feature makes it easy to manage and maintain your distribution objects, ensuring that your content is delivered to the intended recipients in a timely and accurate manner.

It's important to note that deleting a trigger is a permanent action and the trigger cannot be recovered after it is deleted. Make sure you are certain that you no longer need the trigger before proceeding with deletion.

Follow these steps to edit the distribution trigger.

Select a survey from the list
Go to the send tab.
Locate the trigger you want to edit and click on the edit icon
Update the trigger information as necessary
Click on the Create Trigger button to save the changes.

Follow these steps to delete the distribution trigger.

Choose your survey from the survey list.
Click on the send tab.
Click on the delete button.
A confirmation popup will appear, click the OK button.
